About the Role
Working as part of our Campaign Team, you will manage a varied range of marketing campaigns and events across the UK, from initial planning through to completion.
This role is based at our office in Pudsey. Applicants must live within a commutable distance or be planning to relocate before starting.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning
- Review campaign briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.
- Agree timelines, reporting requirements, purchase orders, billing details and practical arrangements with clients.
- Maintain accurate campaign information, including staffing rates, expenses, shift times and invoicing details.
- Create task plans, staffing instructions, location maps, equipment lists and campaign timelines.
- Support the recruitment, selection, vetting and briefing of suitable campaign staff.
- Coordinate venues, equipment, print, suppliers, travel, accommodation, logistics and couriers.
- Manage supplier costs and monitor expected campaign profitability.
- Complete venue documentation, health and safety planning, staff training and final pre-campaign checks.
Live Campaign Management
- Oversee live campaigns to ensure they are delivered safely and in line with the agreed brief. xgikmsk
