Permanent, full-time post - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (part-time considered). We are looking for a Nurse, OT, Physio, Social Worker, or registered health or social care professional to join our case management team. Working with paediatric and adult clients who have sustained neurological or complex orthopaedic injuries, you will be responsible for a caseload primarily within the Greater Manchester, Lancashire & Leeds areas. You will undergo an induction programme, attend regular supervision, and receive ongoing mentorship.

Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 dependent upon relevant experience. Benefits include Health Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, ongoing training, regular supervision, 25 days annual leave (plus BHs), 4-weeks full sick pay, client mileage, and expenses.
