Link Cable Assemblies Limited are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to assist the Finance Manager in the smooth running of our Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts and credit card statements.
- Maintain the nominal ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to support month end and year end processes.
Permanent, on-site working, 37 hours per week full time. Salary negotiable on experience.
Essential:
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or finance assistant role.
- Strong data entry skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
