Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant care
- Utilize Alto property management software to update records
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence with Landlords and tenants
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with prospective tenants, current residents, and service providers
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety standards and property appearance are maintained at all times
- Assist with upselling amenities and rent reviews to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues
Qualifications
- You must have a minimum of 3 years sector relevant experience
- Familiarity with Alto or similar property management software is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in upselling or customer service roles is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills and professionalism in handling enquiries
