Year 2 Class Teacher – Primary School near Market Harborough Start Date: Immediately Contract: Full-time Link3 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher with QTS to join a welcoming and supportive 3 form entry Primary School located near Market Harborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about inspiring young learners and helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The school’s aim is for every child to develop their unique talents, reach their full potential, and be genuinely happy during their time at school. Children learn through engaging, themed topics, providing meaningful opportunities to apply their literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills across the wider curriculum. The Role: Full class teaching responsibilities for Year 2 Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes Working collaboratively with the teaching team and support staff Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (Year 2 desirable) Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum Commitment to promoting high standards and pupil wellbeing Ability to inspire and motivate young learners Safeguarding and Compliance Right to Work: All candidates must demonstrate a valid Right to Work in the UK as part of our safeguarding and compliance checks.
