We are looking for full-time practitioners who can bring creativity, passion, and a positive attitude to their role. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children, following the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education to children aged 0-5 years Implement engaging and creative teaching methods to stimulate learning and development Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children Actively promote positive child development and behaviour management strategies Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensure the nursery meets all safeguarding standards and health and safety regulations ️ To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have: A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, Teaching and Learning, or a related field Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting, or currently enrolled in a relevant childcare course A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles A natural enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for delivering excellent care and education Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and the team ️ A positive, proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement All applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce) prior to working if not already in possession of one that is registered to the update service.
