About the Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with a supportive team to foster children’s social, emotional, and physical development, ensuring they receive the best start in life. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities that support children’s early development. Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Support children’s individual needs, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a collaborative support network. Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety requirements are met in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. What We’re Looking For: Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles. Minimum of one year’s experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting.
