Link3 Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors with a background in Business Studies to support teaching and learning across a network of Secondary schools in Coventry. As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-set Business Studies lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students remain on task Support students with their understanding of key Business concepts and terminology Liaise with teaching staff and senior leadership where required Create a positive, supportive classroom environment ✅ Requirements: Experience delivering or supporting Business Studies lessons at KS3/KS4 (KS5 desirable) Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or unqualified teacher Strong classroom management skills Flexibility to work across various schools in Coventry Requirements: All applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK, which will be verified as part of our safeguarding and compliance process. DBS: All applicants must undergo an Enhanced DBS Check (Child Workforce) prior to starting work, unless already registered on the Update Service. The cost of a new DBS will be covered by the applicant. For roles below Cover Supervisor level, a minimum of GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) is required, and evidence of these qualifications must be provided.
