In this Temp role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of your students, while also contributing to the wider school community.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nDeliver a variety of subject lessons provided by the school.\\nMonitor and support students through the lesson to help them achieve their full potential.\\nMaintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.\\nEngage with colleagues to support student success and wellbeing.\\nMinimum Requirements:\\n\\nTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:\\n\\nExperience: Experience with teaching or tutoring at a secondary level, with a good understanding of the KS3 and 4 curriculum.\\nTraining: Completed a Certificate relating to Behaviour Management.
