Our Influencer Marketing Management Trainee Program is a 2-year rotation designed to cultivate exceptional talent in Hong Kong and London. Our goal is to find and build the next leaders within both Linjer and our portfolio companies. We accept applications on a rolling basis.
This is a unique opportunity for analytical thinkers who are excited to work in a high-growth company and have an outsized impact. With our backgrounds in management consulting and private equity, we bring rigor to everything that we do. Not only that, we’re on the cusp of blitz-scaling, which means a lot of opportunity for fast career growth. The sky is the limit!
You’ll find working at Linjer to be as mentally stimulating as management consulting, but you will get to actually see the impact of your work. And you’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team with personal mentorship from Jenn and Roman. After training, we will evaluate your performance and in most cases, advance you to a position with more responsibility that is aligned with your capabilities and aspirations.
Trainees Will Support Our Strategic Objectives, Including
- Maximising profitability and performance of our influencer bookings through intelligent strategy and considered execution
- Increasing our brand awareness through investing in different social media channels and in various tiers of influencers
- Localising our influencer marketing efforts in key markets and languages
- Finding opportunities to optimize our processes and reportings
- Getting Linjer products into the hands of A-List celebrities and influencers who are aligned with Linjer’s brand values, and building up a strong group of ambassadors who wear their Linjer pieces organically and share about us on social media
- Identifying new opportunities for growth in the influencer marketing area through data analysis and insights
Who You Are
- A fresh or recent graduate with less than two years of experience
- You have strong analytical skills (we prefer people who have studied engineering, economics, finance or a related field)
- Fluent English speaker
- You are a self-starter and take initiative
- You are coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
- You are thorough and detail-oriented
- You are tech literate and can learn new software with ease
- You work well with others
