We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Face‑to‑Face Freelance Interpreter/Translator with Level 2 above qualifications to join our team.
In this role, you will facilitate clear and accurate communication between clients and service providers by providing professional interpretation and translation services in person.

- Provide face‑to‑face interpretation services in various settings, including medical, legal, business, or community environments.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions, respecting client privacy at all times.

- Manage scheduling and coordinate interpretation sessions to meet client needs effectively.
- Must hold Level 2 qualifications in face‑to‑face interpretation/translation, demonstrating proficiency in both source and target languages.
- Multilingual ability with fluency in English and at least one additional language; bilingual skills are essential.
- Proven experience in translation or interpretation within professional settings such as healthcare, legal, or corporate environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear speaking, and cultural sensitivity.
- Strong typing skills for quick note‑taking or translating documents accurately during sessions.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer while maintaining high‑quality standards of service delivery.
