LingoClass is located in Holborn, London (Zone 1) and is an Asian language and culture school focused on teaching adult Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, and Korean. We believe that learning a language is not just about communication but also about understanding a culture and lifestyle. Currently, we offer approximately 30 group classes and over 40 one-on-one classes each week, with students from all over the world. We provide a primarily in-person learning experience and are dedicated to creating a professional, vibrant, and international language learning community.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Learning Experience and Brand Coordinator to enhance student learning experiences, manage brand image, and plan exciting cultural activities. Job Location: LingoClass Office (Holborn, London Zone 1)
Working Hours: 5 days a week, 4 hours per day (Monday to Saturday scheduling)
- Monday to Friday: 3:00pm–9:00pm (4 hours)
- Saturday: 10:00am–6:00pm (4 hours)
Working hours will gradually increase based on performance. Salary details will be discussed during the interview.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learning Experience and Course Support: Assist with course administration and daily teaching arrangements, prepare and manage classroom materials and teaching resources, maintain attendance records and student notifications, assist with class upgrades (certificates, gifts, photos, etc.).
- Brand Content and Community Management: Shoot and edit video content related to courses, events, and branding, respond to community comments, messages, and online reviews, assist in planning and executing brand content to enhance the school's image and exposure.
- Cultural Activities and Student Experience: Assist in planning and executing cultural activities, internal events, and student exchange activities, manage Eventbrite and event registration processes, conduct regular student satisfaction surveys, and compile feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teaching, administrative, and operational teams to enhance student learning experiences, assist with teacher meetings, team activities, and other administrative tasks, and propose improvements to processes and student experiences.
