About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in the sneaker industry to develop partnerships across the United Kingdom. This role focuses on expanding relationships with sneaker brands, retailers, distributors, and resellers, securing high-demand inventory, and strengthening the platform's presence within the UK sneaker ecosystem. The position is fully remote and involves close collaboration with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnerships with sneaker brands, retailers, distributors, and resellers across the United Kingdom
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the UK sneaker ecosystem
  • Secure high-demand sneaker inventory, including limited editions, collectible models, and exclusive releases
  • Expand the platform's seller network and marketplace supply in the sneaker category
  • Identify market opportunities and new partnership channels within the UK sneaker market
  • Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements with sellers and partners
  • Develop strategies to increase marketplace activity, inventory availability, and category revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and finance teams to onboard partners and support execution
  • Monitor market trends, brand activities, and resale dynamics within the sneaker industry

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketplace growth
