We are looking for a Sales Manager in the UK to expand our Sales Team in Europe.
Responsibility
- Scan market and collect information about market development trends
- Acquisition of new customers and maintain customer relationships
- Create product- and brand strategy based on market analysis
- Support on solution for customer complaint program
- Improve brand recognition by building brand shops and carry out marketing activities
- Optimize product portfolio
- Report information and achieve sales targets
Qualification
- Academic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position
- 5+ years of Sales experience in tire industry
- Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Fluent in English and native in a local language - Any other additional language is a plus
- Open-minded, teamwork and cross-cultural communication
