Are you a passionate chef looking for a role that offers variety, flexibility and the opportunity to be part of an exciting events environment? We are looking for a Part Time Chef to join our kitchen team at Central Park Greyhound Stadium, working 32 hours per week over 4 days. No two days are the same. From racing and hospitality events, you'll help prepare and deliver quality food while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
  • Supporting food service during race meetings and events
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
  • Assisting with stock control and reducing waste
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver a great customer experience
