The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality food alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will also help support and guide junior chefs to maintain our high standards in preparation, presentation, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the day's menu and coordinate prep with senior chefs
- Lead your section and ensure smooth service for lunch and dinner
- Support the development of junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, safety, and presentation standards
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Head or Sous Chef and senior management
What We're Looking For:
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications
