The Role:

As Chef de Partie, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality food alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will also help support and guide junior chefs to maintain our high standards in preparation, presentation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the day's menu and coordinate prep with senior chefs
  • Lead your section and ensure smooth service for lunch and dinner
  • Support the development of junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and presentation standards
  • Complete tasks as assigned by the Head or Sous Chef and senior management

What We're Looking For:

  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications
  • Level 2 Food Safety in Catering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a chef role
  • Experience in a branded hotel or similar setting is a plus
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a love for good food
