We are on the search for a Chef de Partie to join the team at our beautiful course on the site of Lingfield Park Resort. Set in the picturesque village of Lingfield, the venue is part of Arena Racing Company's vast portfolio of properties, and there has never been a better time to join.

Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining and improving the standard of food preparation and service of the kitchen. You will undertake training and coaching of junior staff and Commis Chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To check each morning, the day's menu and to liaise with the Head Chef or the Sous Chef to list the day's work required to be done for the day.
- To supervise and assist with the food preparation and mise-en-place required for the lunch and dinner service.
- To undertake any duties as directed, from time to time, by Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Any other tasks as requested by the Senior Management team.
About you:
- GCSE or equivalent
- L2 Food Safety in Catering or equivalent / L2 Food Preparation
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef
- Previous experience within a branded hotel is a distinct advantage
