Job Description

  • Manage and administer our IMS – Quality, Health Safety & Environmental Systems for LINET UK.
  • Assist and coordinate the site management of LINET UK Head Office and Service Support Centres.
  • Liaise internally with external support specialists/advisors to communicate LINET IMS requirements and deliver training and awareness programmes.

Requirements

ISO Management 9001, 13485 & 14001 liaising with external specialist support.

  • Manage the LINET UK integrated management system and its development to meet business needs.
  • Communicate the system to employees, ensure information on the LINET UK intranet is current and accessible.
  • Manage BIS (improvement action system) for timely progress and escalation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, including waste management and scheme reporting.
  • Administer environmental assessments with external technical guidance.
  • Undertake induction training related to QMS/EMS/H&S for new starters.
  • Develop and deliver IMS toolbox talks and training to employees.
  • Create and maintain work instructions for key activities across departments.
  • Manage staff communications, policies, objectives, and training records per ISO standards.
  • Report on management system performance and support management reviews.

Site Management

  • Ensure maintenance of building and infrastructure by competent contractors.
  • Liaise with 3rd party auditors and track progress of actions.

Office Admin Tasks

  • Liaise with external support for Health & Safety.
  • Administer risk assessments for various activities with technical guidance.
  • Manage subcontractor records related to risk assessments and competencies.

General Responsibilities

  • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with company policies, manuals, and objectives.
  • Undertake additional tasks as reasonably required by management.
