The Senior Benefits Specialist at Linesight is responsible for the end‑to‑end management and optimisation of employee benefit programmes across Europe. This role plays a critical part in ensuring benefits are competitive, cost‑effective, compliant and aligned with the company’s overall reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administration, governance and compliance of employee benefits programmes across the business.
- Lead annual benefits renewals, vendor negotiations and RFP processes, ensuring strong service delivery and value optimisation.
- Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance and external brokers to manage enrolment, deductions, budgeting and issue resolution.
- Conduct market benchmarking, utilisation reviews and cost‑benefit analysis to support competitive and commercially effective benefits offerings.
- Support the development and implementation of benefits strategy aligned to Total Rewards and wider people objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency and simplify benefits administration.
- Develop and deliver clear employee benefits communications and act as a subject matter expert for HR and employee queries.
- Ensure benefits programmes remain compliant with local legislation, governance standards and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, policies and reporting while presenting recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven years’ experience in benefits administration or benefits management within a professional environment.
- Strong experience managing benefit renewals, vendor negotiations and RFP processes.
- Good understanding of benefits markets, plan design, benchmarking and cost drivers.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex benefits information clearly and effectively.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting regional or multi‑country benefits programmes.
- Familiarity with HRIS and benefits technology platforms.
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
