As a Project Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective. We will empower, support, and enable you to take real responsibility in your role so that you can take charge of your career progression with us. For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the project management of tenant fit-out integration works across five live data halls within a London data centre campus.
  • Manage large-scale, technically complex construction and fit-out packages, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to data centre quality and compliance standards.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day interface between the client, base build team, tenant contractors, designers, and specialist vendors.
  • Monitor site activities, coordinating interfaces between multiple contractors and tracking progress, quality, safety, commissioning readiness, and handover milestones.
  • Drive programme integration between base build completion, tenant fit-out works, testing, commissioning, and phased handovers.
  • Be a visible site-based leader, promoting strong safety culture, reviewing RAMS, and ensuring works are delivered in line with data centre operational constraints.
  • Proactively identify technical, logistical, and sequencing risks, working with all parties to resolve issues before they impact programme or live operations.
  • Lead coordination of snagging, defects management, and readiness reviews across all data halls and support spaces.
  • Implement and maintain robust project controls, including reporting, change control, risk management, and document control.
  • Review contractor proposals, variations, and delay claims, providing clear commercial and programme input to the client team.
  • Lead and chair key project meetings, ensuring clear actions, accountability, and communication across stakeholders.
  • Support development and delivery of the handover and close-out plan, ensuring all certification, O&M documentation, and client requirements are met to data centre standards.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have proven project management experience on complex construction projects, ideally within data centres, critical environments, or high-tech fit-out.
  • Have experience coordinating multiple contractors and workstreams within constrained or live environments.
  • Hold a degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
  • Hold, or are working towards, a recognised project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP or similar).
  • Are highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with technical teams and senior client stakeholders.
  • Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building trusted relationships across client and delivery teams.
