The Opportunity In this role you will:

  • Apply your analytical thinking skills to make impactful vendor decisions
  • Benchmark the latest industry trends and practices to keep a fresh view on the competitive landscape
  • Conduct prequalification and shortlisting of suppliers
  • Ensure documentation is well organised and accessible
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
  • Have a passion for reducing costs and a track record of success in this area
  • Lead key meetings to monitor progress and collaborate on solving problems
  • Manage contract development, finalisation, and administration with rigorous attention to detail
  • Provide updates via reporting and dashboards
  • Recommend awards based upon your bid analysis and market knowledge
  • Use your excellent focus on details and organizational skills to keep the team running smoothly
