The Opportunity
In This Role, You Will

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities across large-scale projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality expectations
  • Monitor site progress and proactively manage information flow between all stakeholders
  • Track and resolve issues related to progress, safety, and quality, escalating where necessary
  • Assist with project handover and close-out, ensuring all documentation and client expectations are met
  • Be a visible presence on site, promoting safe work practices and high standards of execution
  • Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams, managing schedules and partner engagement
  • Identify and address potential issues before they impact delivery, working with teams to develop effective solutions
  • Support the implementation of project processes, helping drive improvements and compliance across the board
  • Lead and participate in key progress meetings, providing clear updates and supporting collaborative decision-making
  • Review proposed variations and assess any delays to the works, feeding into programme and budget planning

We’d Love To Hear From You If You

  • Have experience delivering or supporting the management of construction projects, ideally in a client-side or consultancy environment
  • Hold a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience
  • Are pursuing or hold a project management certification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMP) – we can support your development
  • Take pride in your attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and face-to-face
  • Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Enjoy building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, underpinned by openness, reliability, and a shared sense of purpose
