The Opportunity
In This Role, You Will
- Manage day-to-day construction activities across large-scale projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality expectations
- Monitor site progress and proactively manage information flow between all stakeholders
- Track and resolve issues related to progress, safety, and quality, escalating where necessary
- Assist with project handover and close-out, ensuring all documentation and client expectations are met
- Be a visible presence on site, promoting safe work practices and high standards of execution
- Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams, managing schedules and partner engagement
- Identify and address potential issues before they impact delivery, working with teams to develop effective solutions
- Support the implementation of project processes, helping drive improvements and compliance across the board
- Lead and participate in key progress meetings, providing clear updates and supporting collaborative decision-making
- Review proposed variations and assess any delays to the works, feeding into programme and budget planning
We’d Love To Hear From You If You
- Have experience delivering or supporting the management of construction projects, ideally in a client-side or consultancy environment
- Hold a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience
- Are pursuing or hold a project management certification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMP) – we can support your development
- Take pride in your attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and face-to-face
- Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Enjoy building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, underpinned by openness, reliability, and a shared sense of purpose
