As Country Director, you will lead and grow Linesight’s business in the United Kingdom, fostering a high-performance culture, developing strong teams, and building long-term client partnerships across the Data Centre, Life Sciences, and Hi-Tech sectors. This role requires a strategic and commercially minded leader who can unite people, establish clear structure, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with regional and global objectives. You will play a key role in delivering Linesight’s BUILD objectives by strengthening client relationships, enhancing service capability, and expanding market presence.
As Linesight’s senior in-country representative, you will champion cultural, operational, and commercial excellence while overseeing governance, compliance, and risk management. You will also elevate Linesight’s external profile in the market and ensure all business activity aligns with regional and global strategy.
The Opportunity

- Ensure governance, compliance, and quality standards
- Partner with European leadership on strategic priorities
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling teams or business operations
- Strong commercial and relationship management capability
- Experience driving growth, developing market presence, and leading client engagement
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple business functions and senior stakeholders
- Experience within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Hi-Tech, consultancy, engineering, construction, professional services, or similar environments
- Track record of leading people, clients, and business performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English
- Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
