Role Details
- Role: Night Care Assistant
- Hours: 18 hours per week – 2x shifts per week (9pm-7am) Includes alternate weekends
- Salary: ÂŁ14.26 per hour
- Location: Hughenden Gardens Village, Hughenden Boulevard, High Wycombe, HP13 5GA
Responsibilities
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including physical, personal care and support with social activities.
- Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents.
- Encourage independence and self-belief.
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
- Flexible with hours.
