Role Details

  • Role: Night Care Assistant
  • Hours: 18 hours per week – 2x shifts per week (9pm-7am) Includes alternate weekends
  • Salary: ÂŁ14.26 per hour
  • Location: Hughenden Gardens Village, Hughenden Boulevard, High Wycombe, HP13 5GA

Responsibilities

  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including physical, personal care and support with social activities.
  • Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents.
  • Encourage independence and self-belief.
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Person Specification

  • Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
  • Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
  • Flexible with hours.
