- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (fullâtime, permanent); hybrid working, 2â3 days a week in the office.
- Location: Head Office, Coventry, CV3 2SN
- Salary: ÂŁ38,000 per annum
Key Duties
- Develop and execute a retail marketing strategy aligned with overall strategic business objectives and seasonal trends.
- Analyse market data, consumer behaviour and sales performance to shape campaigns; use customer loyalty program insights to segment audiences and personalise marketing requirements.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, promotions and budgets.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across inâstore, digital and social media channels to drive footfall, sales and community engagement.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations and store teams to develop engaging inâstore signage, displays, events and experiences, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
