Location: West Midlands, Northamptonshire & Nottinghamshire (Covering ExtraCare Retirement Villages of Earlsdon Park, Humber Court, Lark Hill, Solihull, Rosewood & Sunley Court).
Annual Salary: £72,446 plus £6,456 car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall performance of a group of locations to achieve or exceed KPIs.
- Ensure all locations operate in alignment with organisational standards, policies and long‑term strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee implementation of quality assurance programmes, ROM audits and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, sharing best practice at regional and national levels.
- Respond to outcomes of CQC inspections, local authority contract reviews, RSH/Homes England and ARCO inspections, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Requirements:
- Experience within the retirement living sector, care or hospitality, and in a multi‑site role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Experience with site visits, performance analysis and reporting.
- Leadership skills and ability to drive strategic alignment across multiple locations.
- Successful completion of enhanced DBS disclosure, two references, medical clearance and Home Office right‑to‑work clearance.
