We are recruiting care staff for Yates Court, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust. Join a supportive team in a luxury retirement village. We provide domiciliary care all under one roof – no more travelling.
Role Overview
Weekend Care Assistant – compassionate, patient, personable looking to develop a career with us. Hours: 11.5 per week, Saturday and Sunday only. Salary: £12.96 per hour. Location: Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive domiciliary care to residents, including physical, personal care and support with social activities.
- Promote and support the physical, emotional and well‑being of residents.
- Encourage independence and self‑belief.
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with policy.
Person Specification
- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
