- Role: Care and Support Worker – Nights
- Hours: 33 hours per week
- Shifts: 20:00–08:00
- Salary: £12.96 per hour
- Location: Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN
Responsibilities
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents including physical and personal care and support with social activities
- Promote and support the physical, emotional and overall well-being of residents
- Encourage independence and self-belief
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with policy
Person Specification
- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
- Personable, effective communicator and a team player
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service
- Flexible with hours
