Role details

  • Role: Care and Support Worker – Nights
  • Hours: 33 hours per week
  • Shifts: 20:00–08:00
  • Salary: £12.96 per hour
  • Location: Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN

Responsibilities

  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents including physical and personal care and support with social activities
  • Promote and support the physical, emotional and overall well-being of residents
  • Encourage independence and self-belief
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with policy

Person Specification

  • Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
  • Personable, effective communicator and a team player
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service
  • Flexible with hours
