Care and Support Worker

Care and Support Worker Earlsdon Park Village in Coventry is recruiting compassionate and patient Care and Support Workers to join our team of support staff. We provide domiciliary care all under one roof, with flexible night shifts that support residents’ wellbeing and independence.
Role Part‑time, 27 h per week
Night shifts (21:00–07:00), three shifts per week
Hourly rate: £12.96
Location: Earlsdon Park Retirement Village, Coventry, CV5 6JQ
Responsibilities Deliver all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical, personal and social activities
Promote physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents
Encourage and self‑belief
Complete records and documents in line with policy
Person Specification Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
Personable, effective communicator and a team player
Passionate about delivering a quality care service
Flexible with hours
