We are seeking a professional, organised, and dependable Part-Time Office Assistant to support our London office three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday). This is a highly visible role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming and well-run office environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and packages
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for meetings
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and shared spaces
- Coordinate with building management, cleaners, and suppliers
- Support internal office moves and meeting logistics
- Assist with travel arrangements when required
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain filing systems, documentation, and internal records
