LinearB is an engineering productivity platform that empowers engineering teams with actionable insights and workflow automation. Our solutions help improve developer productivity and experience, enable predictable project delivery, and drive profitable engineering. Join us to be part of an innovative company driving efficiency and excellence in software development.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and scale how product marketing operates across the organization. This is a senior individual contributor role with company-wide influence, responsible for driving go-to-market excellence, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and building the systems that enable consistent, high-quality execution. Your buyer is a VP or Director of Engineering navigating AI adoption, delivery reliability, and developer experience at scale. You need to understand their world, speak their language, and build the GTM infrastructure that helps LinearB win.
What you'll do
- Own and scale the end-to-end go-to-market process across product, marketing, sales, and CS, from launch tiers and timelines through post-launch accountability.
- Lead product launches from positioning through execution and post-launch analysis, including messaging strategy, competitive narratives, and launch playbooks.
- Build and maintain the GTM knowledge base: the canonical repository of positioning, messaging, competitive context, and launch documentation that the company relies on.
- Drive sales enablement strategy, including demo narratives, talk tracks, competitive battlecards, and the feedback loop that keeps enablement assets evolving based on field signal.
- Generate customer insights through win/loss analysis, buyer interviews, and deal-level intelligence to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Work within AI-driven workflows daily, acting as the judgment layer that defines inputs, evaluates outputs, and continuously refines the prompts and briefs that feed automated content systems.
What you bring
- 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with direct experience marketing to technical buyers (engineering leaders, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tools audiences).
- Proven track record leading go-to-market launches end-to-end, including building the operational systems (launch playbooks, enablement programs, cross-functional cadences) that make launches repeatable.
- Strong positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence craft grounded in real buyer dynamics and deal-level insights, not just feature comparisons.
- Operational rigor and process discipline: you build templates, frameworks, and repeatable systems by instinct, not by request.
- Experience partnering with sales on how to win deals, not just handing off assets and moving on.
- Cross-functional influence across product, sales, and CS, with the ability to drive accountability without authority.
- Comfort working alongside AI agents and LLM-powered tools: reviewing outputs, refining prompts, and improving quality over time.
Strong preferences
- Enterprise sales motion experience: high-value deal support, custom positioning, analyst-grade proof points.
- Hands-on AI tool fluency: prompt engineering, LLM experimentation, or building AI-assisted workflows that extend your own capacity.
- Familiarity with engineering productivity concepts: DORA metrics, cycle time, deployment frequency, developer experience measurement, or CI/CD workflows.
If you are located on the East Coast or in the UK, we are looking for you.
