We\βre looking for a Customer Success Manager to help manage relationships with Linear\βs top customers. As a part of the early team, you\βll play a pivotal role in laying the foundation and setting up best practices. You will champion our customers\β needs and ensure they realize the full value of Linear across their organization. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, delivering ongoing support + enablement, and fostering strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Please note: While Linear is a remote-first company across the US and Europe, this role is based in London. We\βre looking for someone who can work from our London office 2β3 days per week, as this role will be closely connected to in-person collaboration with our growing sales presence in the region.
What you\βll do
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at Linear\βs largest customers, serving as their primary technical advisor and account partner
Become a product expert across Linear\βs core platform, integrations, and API; design and implement custom workflows that solve complex business problems and drive measurable outcomes
Lead onboarding, configuration, and ongoing enablement; architect solutions using Linear\βs features, automations, and integrations to optimize customer processes and expand adoption across teams
Act as the voice of the customer internally; translate customer needs into actionable product feedback, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to influence roadmap priorities and resolve technical challenges
What we\βre looking for
4+ years relevant work experience in a technical customer-facing role
SaaS and start up experience a must; comfortable working and adapting in a fast paced and flexible environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
Previous experience working with product + engineering teams and/or developer tools is preferred
