Requirements
- Experience in architecture, building control, project management, or construction health & safety
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act 2022
- Understanding of HRBs and Gateway processes
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong attention to detail and compliance‑focused mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence design outcomes and manage risk
Desirable
- Professional membership (RIBA, CIAT, RICS, CIOB, CABE or similar)
