A leading UK infrastructure and civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major infrastructure and utility projects across long-term frameworks and standalone schemes. Operating across sectors including water, energy, transport, and the built environment, the business delivers complex projects ranging from smaller reactive works through to large multi-million-pound infrastructure programmes. The Role

Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will play a key role in managing project costs, contractual obligations, subcontractor performance, and commercial reporting across a varied portfolio of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Projects typically range from £200k to £10m+ and include framework schemes, maintenance works, capital delivery projects, and emergency response works.
