We are seeking an experienced Package Manager to join our team on a large high-rise development in Stratford. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take ownership of internal works, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with project timelines and safety regulations., * Oversee and manage internal fit-out packages, ensuring quality, budget, and programme compliance.

Coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring seamless progression of works.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Work closely with project managers, design teams, and external stakeholders.

Ensure all health & safety regulations and company policies are strictly adhered to.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any on-site challenges efficiently.

Manage progress reporting, keeping stakeholders updated on key milestones.

Proven experience as a Package Manager / Fit-Out Manager on large-scale residential or commercial projects.

Strong background in high-rise construction and internal works.

Excellent knowledge of finishing trades, fit-out processes, and quality control.

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred).
