Linear Recruitment are working with a well-established construction contractor who require an experienced
Site Administrator to provide short-term support across two live construction projects in the North East.
The role will initially be based on a site in
- Bedlington for approximately
- 2 weeks , before moving to a site in
- Sunderland for a further
2–3 weeks .
The Role
You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the site management team, ensuring documentation is kept up to date and site operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- General site administration and office support
- Maintaining site records and documentation
- Managing inductions and site personnel records
- Filing health & safety documentation
- Ordering office supplies and PPE where required
- Updating spreadsheets, trackers and project information
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting the Site Manager and wider project team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator within the construction industry
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Available to start immediately
