  • Leadandmentorateamof Quantity Surveyorsand Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
  • Overseethecommercialmanagementofmultipleconstructionprojects.
  • Ensureeffectivecostcontrol, forecasting, budgeting, andreporting.
  • Manageprocurementstrategiesandsubcontractoraccounts.
  • Negotiatecontractsandfinalaccountswithclientsandsupplychainpartners.
  • Identifyandmanagecommercialrisksandopportunities.
  • Supportbidandpre-constructionteamswithcommercialinput.
  • Produceaccuratemonthlycost/valuereportsandforecasts.
  • Ensurecompliancewithcontractualobligationsandcompanyprocedures.
  • Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients, consultants, andsubcontractors.

About You

Youwillbeanexperiencedcommercialleaderwithaproventrackrecordofdeliveringsuccessfulconstructionprojectswithvaluesbetween£5m-£15m.

  • Degreequalifiedin Quantity Surveyingorarelateddiscipline.
  • Significantexperiencewithinamaincontractorenvironment.
  • Previousexperiencemanagingcommercialteams.
  • Strongknowledgeof JCTAnd NECformsofcontract.
