The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractor delivering major projects across telecommunications, EV infrastructure, civil engineering and building works.
Working within a specialist Digital Infrastructure division, you\'ll manage multiple contracts across high-profile frameworks, ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and in line with contractual requirements.
The Role
Key responsibilities include
- Managing contracts from award through to completion.
- Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts, client requirements and company procedures.
- Providing contractual support to project delivery teams.
- Managing contract variations, claims and risk.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Supporting tender submissions and framework agreements.
- Reporting contractual performance to senior leadership.
About You
You\'ll have experience managing contracts within telecoms, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure projects and be confident working across multiple contracts.
Essential
- Contracts management experience within infrastructure or construction.
- Good understanding of NEC contracts.
- Experience with telecoms, utilities, EV infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
- Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
- SMSTS (or equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
