I am looking for multiple operatives to work in a successful privately owned business and a leading UK provider of high quality precast concrete products, including beam and block, hollowcore slab, lift shafts and stairs and landings, manufactured at our production facility in Ashington Northumberland. The Precast concrete sector is undergoing significant and sustained growth and they offer full time, long term, secure employment to our employees. This increase in demand has led to a number of vacancies.
I am looking for a reliable and hardworking Precast Concrete Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete components using precast moulds.
Key Responsibilities- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Set up and prepare various precast moulds
- Pour, level, and finish concrete to required standards
- Interpret basic drawings and follow work instructions accurately
- Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks undertaken
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
This is an immediate start and you will need to be available for an interview with the Factory Manager.
