Ready to take the lead on projects that shape vital infrastructure? We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major refurbishment and renewal programme delivering essential civil and structural works across Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, and East Anglia.
In this role, you’ll oversee the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of high impact projects, taking them from concept through to completion within a complex, regulated infrastructure environment. This is your chance to work across a varied portfolio, influence key project outcomes, and play a pivotal role in delivering infrastructure improvements that have lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial management across multiple projects
- Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Preparing estimates, valuations, and final accounts
- Managing subcontractor accounts and payments
- Pricing and agreeing variations and compensation events
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Supporting operational teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Minimum 4 years’ Quantity Surveying experience within civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience managing subcontractors and compensation events
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regionally
