About the RoleThis is a varied administrative position that plays a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly. You'll be responsible for supporting the office with general administration, coordinating documentation, and ensuring excellent communication between clients, operatives, and management.
Key Responsibilities- General office administration and filing.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating works.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and timesheets.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site operatives.
- Preparing reports and supporting contract managers with administrative tasks.
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and completed on time.
- Assisting with compliance paperwork and project documentation.
- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience within construction, property maintenance, or social housing is desirable).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
