The Role
As an Assistant Construction Planner, you will support senior planners and project teams in developing, maintaining, and monitoring construction programmes throughout all project stages. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and development of detailed construction programmes using industry planning software
- Support programme updates, progress tracking, and reporting

- Assist with delay analysis and programme impact assessments
- Participate in project meetings and planning workshops

Requirements
- Experience within a main contractor or construction environment
- Exposure to high-rise residential or high-rise student accommodation projects preferred
- Understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycles
- Familiarity with planning software such as Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 (desirable)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant construction qualification (Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent) preferred
