Trainee Assistant Site Manager (Housing) – Chesterfield

We are currently seeking a Trainee Assistant Site Manager to support the onsite team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing development within the Chesterfield area.

This is a temp-to-perm position for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation
  • Coordinate snagging and handover procedures at project completion

Requirements

  • Proven experience on new build residential developments
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • In date tickets – CSCS as a minimum. SMSTS / SSSTS preferred
  • Ability to reliably commute to Chesterfield
