Job Advertisement: Trades Package Manager – High-Rise Scheme, London Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent (Temp-to-Perm Option Considered) Location: London N17 We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Trades Package Manager to join a flagship high-rise development in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of a major project with a respected main contractor. The Role: As a Trades Package Manager, you will take ownership of multiple internal or external trade packages on a high-rise residential/mixed-use scheme. Working closely with the site and project management teams, you’ll ensure that subcontractors deliver safely, to programme, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate allocated trade packages (e.g., drylining, MEP, cladding, carpentry, etc.) Ensure subcontractors are delivering work safely, on time, and to the required quality Attend and lead coordination meetings, tracking progress and resolving site issues Work closely with commercial and design teams to ensure smooth delivery Monitor materials, logistics, and site readiness for trades Requirements: Proven experience managing trades packages on high-rise or large residential schemes Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White), and First Aid (preferred) Background with a main contractor or tier-one subcontractor is advantageous Package & Benefits: Competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000 per annum Opportunity to work on a high-profile development in London Temp-to-perm route available for suitable candidates
