We are partnered with a leading Architectural studio based in Manchester City Centre who are looking to appoint an experienced Studio Manager into their practice. The company has created one of the best staff cultures in the region, with the people being the core of the business. As you walk through the front doors, you will be hit by a wall of friendliness and many happy faces! Our client has over 80 staff and is always progressively looking to improve to push the company forward both as a business and employer.
As the Studio Manager, you will be central to this, overseeing all aspects of studio operations, from day-to-day management to ensuring compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001 & 14001, Planet Mark, and B Corp certification.
Requirements:
- Experienced in office management, ideally within the construction industry or creative environment
- Good knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001, GDPR, and health & safety regulations
- Skilled in CPD coordination, compliance management, and operational efficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Excellent problem-solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial management for studio operations
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
