Position: Construction Manager

Location: Tottenham Hale, Greater London

Project: 25 storey PBSA Student Accommodation

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 per annum

About the Project:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take a lead role on a landmark high rise Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Tottenham Hale, London. This major high-rise development will deliver state-of-the-art student living, with premium amenities, sustainable design features, and a prime location just minutes from major transport links.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day construction operations across the full build lifecycle
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and logistics on a high-rise structure
• Oversee construction quality, health & safety, and programme delivery
• Work closely with the Project Director, design team, and stakeholders to drive timely and efficient progress
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
• Support the commissioning and handover phases with a focus on quality assurance

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-rise residential or PBSA projects (25+ storeys)
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete frame construction and complex urban logistics
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), First Aid certifications
• Ability to manage programme, cost, and subcontractor performance effectively
• Previous experience with Tier 1 or reputable Tier 2 contractors is highly desirable
