Wastewater Site Supervisor Location: Worcester Duration: 4-6 months Start date: Immediate We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a wastewater project. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys being out on site, leading from the front and making sure gangs are working safely, efficiently and productively. You won t be sat in the office all day we need someone who is visible, proactive and comfortable managing the day-to-day delivery of works. The Role As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing gangs and subcontractors on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, productively and to the required standards. Key responsibilities will include: * Supervising and coordinating site gangs and subcontractors. * Making sure teams are working productively and to programme. * Being a visible presence on site and providing hands-on support to the workforce. * Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with RAMS and site requirements. * Monitoring progress and reporting any issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager. * Coordinating labour, plant and materials to keep works moving. * Supporting the delivery of temporary works and ensuring appropriate controls are followed. * Maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship. * Liaising with site management, engineers and other trades to coord...
