Due to continued growth within our Rail, Power & Infrastructure division, we are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and relationship-focused individual to build a rewarding career within a supportive and high-performing environment. In this full role, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening interviews to assess suitability, skills, experience, and motivations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and future hiring requirements.
- Support Recruitment Consultants or Hiring Managers with shortlisting and candidate submissions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment legislation, and data protection requirements.
- Provide administrative support including reference checks, right-to-work verification, and onboarding coordination where required.
The role is based right in Sheffield City Centre, with the option to work from home 1 day/week, upon completion of your probationary period. This is a role with real scope for genuine career progression (based on your performance) with the opportunity to eventually run your own desk in a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role. This role offers the incentive of earning commission from day 1 based on the placements that you contribute to. The salary banding is indicative based on your career history so far, but as we say, your attitude is more important than the experience you currently have.
