With a strong pipeline of developments and a commitment to sustainable, future-ready construction, they are growing our team of dedicated professionals. They are now looking for a Senior Engineer to join their Technical Department and play a pivotal role in the delivery of engineering solutions across their residential developments. The Role As a Senior Engineer, you will take ownership of the engineering process from pre-planning through to construction. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and local authorities to ensure developments are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the engineering of residential developments from concept to completion. Oversee external consultants and review technical drawings, reports, and design proposals. Liaise with planning authorities, utility providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals. Provide technical support to land, planning, commercial, and construction teams. Prepare and manage engineering budgets, scopes, and programmes. Conduct technical due diligence on new land opportunities. Ensure compliance with NHBC, Building Regulations, and other relevant standards. Identify value engineering opportunities and drive cost-effective solutions. About You Proven experience in residential development or a similar engineering role with a house builder, consultancy, or contractor. Engineer from any Construction or Civils background Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
