We are a civil engineering & construction specialist agency, but to begin with, you don\’t need to have any detailed knowledge or experience of construction, as it\’s our job to train you. All we need, is for you to be keen to learn, enjoy working hard and be a positive & reliable person.

The role is based in Sheffield City Centre, with the option to work from home 1 day/week, upon completion of your probationary period.

Recruitment involves being on the phone, making calls to develop business and to fill the vacancies that you gain. It\’s important to emphasise that we need someone with drive & motivation, particularly as your commission will be influenced by the work you put in.

Full training will be provided, both ‘on the job’ and professionally certified. Previous recruitment or construction experience is not a prerequisite for this position, as THE most important aspect for us will be your attitude.

Uncapped commission and real scope for genuine career progression (based on your performance), are assured and clearly achievable.
